Yes, our platform and solutions are entirely built with code, meaning they can be picked up and installed fully within your environment. This does require configuration but is a core design decision we have made to assist you on your AI journey.

The costs will vary in terms of usage, although we have optimised 3PAI to reduce token costs and reduce overall cost of ownership. We have a simple model with costs broken into 2 categories:

• Platform Fee – the fee to run your environment/provide your functionality.

• Token costs – The fee that is charged to you by the Environment vendor for using their AI functionality (We on-charge this to you at cost and manage usage closely to avoid unnecessary surprises).

We work with you to get the best possible solution for ongoing costs depending on your usage expectations.

In order to reduce “hallucinations” we undertake the following steps:

1. input control - the AI only works with the client's own documents, with tightly scoped questions and defined output formats

2. output review - every finding is traced back to source documents; priority findings are independently verified before delivery

3. human judgement - all judgement calls and quality control sit with the human, not the AI

We actively monitor drift across the models that we deploy. This allows us to assess performance and ensure that results remain consistent.
